Hello and welcome to my post, there are many like it but this one is mine. So about me, I'm returning to Eve after a 2 year break. I'm a 22 million sp player. I have a heavy background in mining; I can fly a nearly perfect Hulk. When I wasn't crushing rocks I was mainly ratting in Gallente drone ships. So thatGÇÖs who I am.
What am I looking for? The answer is no clue. I care more about being social with my new corp than the activities I do with you. What I want is to load up Eve, hop into voice comms and chat it up with my fellow corps mates. I don't care if the corp I join is small or large, I just care that the people in it are social. If during prime hours you have 16 people on and there is one person in comms and he is afk all the time or just one word answers me, don't waste our time. I will leave.
All that being said, I feel like I want this return to be an open book for me. I'll most likely be open to most corps that approaches me. I'm just as likely to join something I havenGÇÖt done as something I have. I've spent most my time split between high and null sec. Whatever comes my way I look forward to getting back into Eve.
As a side note, I plan on not making a hasty decision on this for 2 reasons. First I do want to play the field for at least the weekend; I will contact corps that have expressed interest. Second, I'm sitting in -0.2 space with some assets I need to try and get rid of before I move on.
And for my final note, please do not just link a guild recruitment thread and say check us out. This is my test to see who read my entire post. You can link your thread but say something more about why you think I would be a good fit. Until then, fly safe.

Since you are not sure what you are after in the game let me give you a couple of options:
- Carebearing in highsex, mining, missioning, etc;
- Pirating in lowsex;
- Pretty relaxed small group.

It was brought up I don't have my time zone listed. I play in US Central timezone. My usual play times would be 2300 to 0400 Eve time. |

Quick update, I escaped the dead end null system, someone has already made a pretty penny buying out my fire sale contract of all my stuff. I have reached the safety of Amarr, I know you all were worried. Anyways I've had some good chats with fun people, there are some others I plan to get ahold of. I do have a front runner in my head but nothing is final. I hope to make my decision sometime tonight and be with my new corp mates tomorrow. I'll be off and on all day today, if I'm on but don't respond to quickly i might be doing laundry or making food. Anyways have fun and fly safe. |
