Overwelming firepower/manpower is a different concept then working game mechanics to your advantage. WOuldn't you rather send an assload of guys to take out a target of that high value? or just maybe hey there are 20 of us we can do it. Not when they know the nodes will crash, they knew 100% certain it would happen.
