I would like to sort my inventory or hangers by slot requirements that way when I equip my ship im not constantly scrolling to look for the right piece.

Strongly agree.
It would be even better to be able to choose the way items are sorted in the window: by name, by slot, by type

This is how i solved this after geting tips by someone wich i do not remember name to credit.
Use indy ships or secure cans. name them low modules, medium modules, hige modules, ammo annd all combination you like. Then sort your stuff to this cans.
You get a nice and clean personal hangar. Wich also dont take for ages to load when opend.

well you can some what sort them in the assets window but not nearly enough. It would also be nice to beable to controll all your assets such as markets and such no matter what station your at. I mean there is an internet in the game why can't you remotely operate factories and sales from another station? You can buy remotely why not sell remotely?
