What mission has the most bounties?
Guistas Extravaganza, lvl 4?
I tested this. I set my wallet to zero then did the mission. Total of every bounty of every rat, on every stage (inc. bonus)?
31,175,692 isk
The loot must be worth at least that (425mms selling for 1.3m etc, and getting about 10 of those, plus a load of 325s and then all the rest, plus named smartbombs). This is ignoring the lovely Dread BCU I got ;) (add another 200m hehehe)

Blockade level 4 can give you a lot of ISK

low sec ones, this is because the 0.0 ones often are impossible to solo (and some low sec ones need some tactics to be able to solo them)
