You have very few skill pooints and cant fly anything excepto more basic, yourpooints are focused in not be killed when fly to the other side (amarr caldari)... then are locked.
Can u post your NPC standings ? i think is more realistic around 4b consideing your skill points. |

Only for comment, i suggest the buyer to make with an omen cruiser (amarr) and distrbution missions in that. Is relatively easy and the NPC are not related to trades, then this char cant be used except a a puller or mission running, but no to trade.
I am now limited of space, but with that standings i doubt any can offer you more that 4b, because lkow points and locked in connections.
