Get yourself on the queue since it seems to be holding steady, with new orders keeping it at that 20-30 day range. And don't bother trying to bribe me to get bumped up, I'll publish a bribe rate here of 1 billion isk for each place on the queue to be bumped. That'll be enough I suppose to move you up one spot.
