is there a site where u can buy isk at a fixed price not like auctions ebay like a fixed price say 100 dollers for 150 mil or somthing???

Your better off playing the game and earning it, but if you wish to gain the power with no experience then carry on!!!

I think the answer u are looking for is no, u cant.
well thats the official stance, im sure u can buy it on ebay, but i wouldnt try, u can be banned from EVE.
u seem to b able to buy a full account, but must inform CCP.

just wait until they open in asian markets. those will always have places to buy isk and other stuff for use in game. have seen it in several other online games. will be same here.
My alt hates me, I don't know why. he won't even talk to me anymore |
