Will the tech 2 ships look the same as the tech 1 with just beter abilities or are there aperance changeing?
If they will change it is it just textur change or is it the model itself to?
Or have i missinterpritated all the things about tech 2 and the tech 2 ships will have no connection to the tech 1?

The dev's know  . For certain some tech 2 ships will be differnt (elite frigates) as for the rest I personally have seen nothing that would tell me for sure how these new ships will look, or if they will just be upgraded versions of the old.
Hopes for new desgins to add spice.

same model, different skins...
then there will be additional ships, lvl4 and lvl5 frigs and hybrid frigs...but rifter I vs rifter II will basically be the same (different skin)

All I know, is that you probably won't have enough isk to buy a tech 2 ship yourself, unless your corp pitches in for ya. Tech 2 BS - 110+ mil

if you look carefully you can see that the rifter model has, what was it again...5 turrets :) - just to give you an idea for what to expect (not tech II...perhaps III or IV)

A tech 1, level 2 BS costs 110 mio again these days m8. I guess you missed something eh ?

tech 2 will probably be at least double that...
but we won't know until they release tech 2 battleships, which will probably be at the tail end of Castor...

Tech 2 ships will be built FROM tech 1 ships... the Blueprints require a tech 1 ship as their ingredients, so yes, they will look very similar if not the same.
