The imperial one was a reward for an Amarr event a long long time ago. It was so long ago, I can't even remeber what it was about....think it was the to crown a new emperor or sumin.
Anyways, there is no way to get one. It is not available through any agents or any bpc drops.

What you have to do is join an alliance like BoB and figure out which one is the dev so he can spawn...

There's only one Federate Issue Megathron, and there's only been one, ever. There were originally four impocs, five for a short time. Also there are two Opux Luxury Yachts, and one a single (now destroyed) Gold Magnate.

Call up Tyrrax, ask him if he scooped the pieces of the one he lost in the touney, and if you can glue them back together and see if it still works.

2003 Championship The team of all MASS (Ministry of Amarr Secret Services) pilots represented House Kor-Azor, and saw Doriam Kor-Azor take the throne as the next Amarr Emperor after a series of frigate-only fights. The members of this team were Kileak, Grikl, BlackViper, with team leader Ecliptical. A planet and several moons in the Kor-Azor solar system were named after the champions in honor of their victory and can be seen today.
Grikl's ship was destroyed by m0o Corp in DSS-EZ (Stain Region) on December 1st 2003 during an uneventful skirmish battle.
Ecliptical's ship was destroyed in a fleet battle between Stain Alliance and Curse Alliance forces, which went entirely unnoticed by the populace of EVE due to the lack of kill mails and other mechanics for easy identification. Shortly thereafter BlackViper ended his career in EVE and passed on his prized ship to Ecliptical. Former MASS member Elissium Dammar then purchased the ship from Ecliptical (who also went into retirement) for the sum of 5 Billion ISK. The proceeds were obtained from a corptheft orchestrated by former members of MASS which had gone rogue, also leading to the founding of the pirate corporation KR0M. The ship remained in Elissium Dammar's possession for quite some time, who used it for low-security piracy and numerous lottery scam attempts. The ship was then purchased by GH-SC operative Arenis Xemdal for the sum of 9 Billion ISK during spring of 2005, for the explicit purpose of assassinating Mirial, CEO of Ubiqua Seraph and victim to one of EVE's greatest criminal acts. It now remains in the possession of former GH-SC operative DigitalCommunist.
Kileak maintained possession of his Imperial Apocalypse well into 2005. It is reported as having been used exclusively for PVE in the Cloud Ring/XZH-4X area, where Kileak resided as a member of Roving Guns. Mere days after the hatching of yet another GH-SC assassination plot whose aims were to destroy the ship, Kileak sold the ship to DigitalCommunist for the offered sum of 9 Billion ISK. It now remains in the possession of Tyrrax Thorrk. It was destroyed by Cult of War alliance on 2006.12.10 during the the third alliance tournament while being flown by Raem Civrie [1].
Claims were made by Grikl and his followers on the true inheritance of BlackViper's Imperial Apocalypse during Grikl's short lived return to EVE. The claims were proven false, as the ship in question was a Navy Issue Apocalypse whose appearance is identical to the Imperial Apocalypse.
Big Lottery
A fifth ship was given away in a BIG lottery, created for the sole purpose of giving newcomers a chance to recieve this maginificent ship. The winner of the lottery agreed to have it returned to the Amarr Empire, and an escort event was created. The event proved to be uneventful, save for a few futile attempts made by loyalist Minmatar paramilitaries piloting Rifter class frigates. Golan Trevize of PIE Inc. and Clone0 of Ionstar recieved medals for their efforts in organizing the defense fleet. A quantity of Pax Amarrias, signed by Emperor Hiederan VII himself, were also given out as rewards.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there were originally 3 Impocs handed out at an event. One was blown up at a gatecamp, another blown up at the PvP tourney, and there is one left in existence somewhere out there. It's probably not for sale

That's probably not going to happen, seeing as how giving your account details to someone else is against the EULA.

That was the fifth Impoc, that had been given away in the BIG lottery.
It was won by Ionstar and they arranged for it to be returned to the Empire. PIE was one of the corps that escorted it to the handover point in Amarr.

"Originally four of these ships were in game, but three have been destroyed. Only one of these still exists in the game. It was given out as part of the Amarr Championships.[10] Istvaan Shogaatsu owns the only remaining ship. However, a fifth briefly existed; one Imperial Issue Apocalypse was given out as a prize from the BIG Lottery.[12] It was flown by a player named Clone 0, and while moving the ship from one station to another, an attempt was made to destroy it by a group of Minmatar roleplay corporations. It was defended successfully by a group of Amarr roleplayers. CCP took the Imperial Issue Apocalypse back as part of a roleplaying event on the request of the player receiving the ship. Tyrrax Thorrk's ship was destroyed by COW during the December 2006 Alliance Tournament after Tyrrax chose not to meet the 15 Billion ISK ransom COW demanded.[citation needed] The remaining ship is superior to the Navy Issue Apocalypse, due to her much better powergrid and CPU. Her value comes both from her rarity and the fact that the current owner seems unwilling to part with her at any price."

Proof or STFU. I wouldn't say no to one of the original champions if I wasn't at least pretty sure... Four were won at the event, one added as a BIG lottery prize; that one was taken away. A MASS member lost one to m0o, Tyrrax lost his in the tourny recently, and TBH I don't know what happened to the third one (that supposedly still exists).
Entity keeps track of the unique ships here and according to him the third is also destroyed.

As the blue man said, 2 remains in our implicit assets.
As a hint, from the winning team Blackviper, Grikl and Ecliptical( new char ) are still playing, so contact them straight to get the facts what happened in old days.
If the 5th one still exists, maybe that is the one the collector has.

BV is like 80 year old gubbe from texas, he came back for month or so some 4months ago, and then leftet to drill oil or something.
He propably doesnt read forums or couldnt care less, but I assure you he has his propably still gift wrapped in the foil he got in in.
And he wont sell the ship or change it to any ingame entities, even he did sell his silver magnates when he came back to get some liquid isk.
So the reason he isnt "prooving" is cos he doesnt care or more than that know he should.
Nich or someone who flies a fast ship will fly to take picture or you can conv him when he logs in.
We can also speak kileak to speak his account back and come with 2 imp pocs to next ( multi bs allowed ) tournie in the not so important match against "might squirrels 17" in starting rounds -> or send some more active west coast dude to steal his account info, so me and random can nanofit em and bumb each other out of the arena, to be shot by centries.
But back to the question, I quess I gave the direction of the answer.
Feel free contact BV on us west coast tz and ask him proove.

I need to correct some details that Pellaeon DuGalle misapprehended... I was in MASS and fought in the Amarr Succession Championship (MASS had 3 teams, Ecliptical's, Trigger's, and Mine). I am 99% certain that the fate of all four Impocs is as follows...
1) Grikl was always a nub, and lost his very quickly... I have a great screenshot of it on evefiles...
2) Ecliptical, the only real PVPer of the group, and principle mastermind behind MASS's strategy in the Succession Championship, lost his in a fleet battle against CA, this was before killmails, Eclip also sent me a screen shot of this...
3) Blackviper was not active, and was kind of a carebear anyway, so he gave his to Ecliptical who then sold it to Elisium Dammar for 2.5bil, who then loaned it to me for a short time, and I was dumb enough to give it back to him (FOR NOTHING!) and he then sold it to Tyrrax thork, I am 100% sure of this... And every1 knows Tyrrax lost it in the 3rd Alliance Tournament...
4) Kileak must have sold his to DigitalCommunist, this is the only Impoc I am unsure about because I was next to 3 of the 4 much of my EVE career.
And DigitalCommunist still has his Impoc, Unless that has changed in the last 2 months...

3) Blackviper was not active, and was kind of a carebear anyway, so he gave his to Ecliptical who then sold it to Elisium Dammar for 2.5bil, who then loaned it to me for a short time, and I was dumb enough to give it back to him (FOR NOTHING!) and he then sold it to Tyrrax Thork for 9bil, I am 100% sure of this... And every1 knows Tyrrax lost it in the 3rd Alliance Tournament, after refusing a bid of 60bil isk...
4) Kileak must have sold his to DigitalCommunist, this is the only Impoc I am unsure about because I was next to 3 of the 4 much of my EVE career.
Unless there has been a recent change in the last 2 months or so, DigitalCommunist still has his Impoc... I know with absolute certidude he did back in December...
Trigger is a cool guy but he is WRONG that 2 Impocs still exist, Pellaeon DuGalle does know what he is talking about, at least more than anyone else who has posted here.
... So what about the one Shogaatsu has? I know it exists, I've flown past it and been suitably awed

No, one remains, actually. Tyrrax's was destroyed so Istvaan has one only one left.
one, don't say no to trigger two, you're wrong
3 Impocs have been destroyed, one was given back to the Amarr Empire, and the last one, aka the only one left in the game, belongs to Digital Commy
If you don't remember, when GHSC pulled off their hiest in 2005, the Impoc flown during it was described as being one of only two left in the game. We have seen one blow up recently, thus only one still exists.
edited to clear up who owns the last impoc after reading Trev's post on it.

Yeah, I noticed some minor errors on the information for the one given back to the Empire by Clone0. If there are inaccuracies, change them on the EVE History Wiki __________________________ Indulge Me Consider Yourself Indulged - Immy ♥ Wow immy scored - Xorus |

Any idea ?
Thx and see you around
Call up Tyrrax, ask him if he scooped the pieces of the one he lost in the touney, and if you can glue them back together and see if it still works.
Unfortunatly it's not a minnie ship
Diablo 2 is five years old, and apparently that makes it more mature than the people who play it. |
