Why are these not on the market? I kinda thought that all the Tech 1 Blueprints would be on the market by the release of tech 2.
Missing Tech 1 Blueprints that I know of:
Overdrive Injector System I
Expanded Cargohold I
Inertia Stabilizers I
Nanofiber Internal Structure I
Reinforced Bulkheads I
Those are some that I can think of right off the top of my head, also whats missing are the Tech 1 Blueprints for weapon upgrades and other various things.
If we get a tech 2 blueprint, which requires a tech 1 item, how are we supposed to auctually make use of it?
And finally, will these blueprints be put on the market?

I would like to see the BP for Heavy Cap Boosters and all the Cap Booster Charges above 25. BP for the Armor Reinforces and Energized Armor Plating would be nice too.

I petitioned the above list of missing blueprints and was told by a gm that they are in-game but not on any market. You can find them in spawn containers and high level rat drops.
Tbh, im not sure if i beleive this as iv never seen or heard any blueprint drops from spawn containers. There were rumours early on in the game that npc convoys dropped blueprints and looking at the TTI Nexus, all npc rats/convoys have a blueprint drop chance, so perhaps what i was told is true.

You'd think, with the blueprints possible to obtain, by now at least some of those modules would be produced and sold for nice ISK. o.O;

I agree totally, it would be nice to get a dev response on this...(hint, hint)

Lots of those items are on the market so someones making them.
IE: Weapons modules (heatsink I's etc) and expanded cargo I's for sure

I do know that blueprints dropped (notice past tense) from spawn containers and rat drops.
I remember back before pirates would aggro on you at spawns, you could find bp's in the containers. (That's how I found an anti matter small, if anybody remembers the rush for those)
After some changes in refresh of the containers and in the months between I've not seen or heard of people still getting bp's from containers, so perhaps when loot refreshing was changed, the properties of the loot available may have as well.
As it is, I have no knowledge of people getting bp's in containers these days, but I do remember and have experience getting them myself a while back.

Yesterday i got a Heat Disipation BP, off my lvl 3 agent as a reward, so i suppose they are in-game afterall
