As it turns out, we aren't BoB alts - but some directors are former BoB members, and have apparently indeed tried to use Outbreak as a disrupting force working for the south! The thread concerning this has exploded to 100+ pages on our internal forums, and a lot of us are quite ****ed about this. You can expect the majority of us to quit Outbreak within the next 24 hours.
