I can't access my skill queue to change my skills - it is stuck 'loading'. |

Same issue here.
And like Rob Tzatu, I had injected Capital Autocannon Specialization, and Capital Artillery Specialization.

I've restarted client, and cleared client cache. |

confirm, some problem. reset cache DON'T help.
Problem exist, if "show all skills" was selected in settings. |

Same thing on my alt, Injected capital blaster & rail spec, now the queue is broke.
You can unjam it by resetting your profile.
But the moment you open the gunnery tab in the queue, it breaks again needing yet another reset.
Worst bit is I never saw this happen on the test server with the capital testing. |
