I like cloak the way it is because it enables me to live in deep space with a lower chance of losing my ship.
AFK cloakers who gank are very easy to avoid in my opinion, jump to another system and if he doesn't follow then hes actually afk, never keep your eggs in one basket!! I know everyone knows the saying, if you limit yourself to one system then you make yourself an easy target for AFK camps.
No its not about HTFU, Its just about doing the opposite of what the griefers expect you to do.
