I come hom from school monday anxiously expecting the patch to have been implemented. Guess what...oh ccp says it will be done by down-time tommarrow.
I come home from school on Tuesday....agin anxiously awaiting the new patch. Nope they say it will be done in a few hours. I wait...next update...24:00 gmt. Ok I wait to more hours. YAY! the server is up...wtf max users set at Zero.
I am told the server will be up in 5-10 minutes and that they are just running some tests. Forty minutes passes...max users still set at zero.
00:30 is the new time...its 00:32...nope no patch. I ask around for Pann...nowhere to be found.
Oh great 01:30 gmt is the moment of truth now. As I await the patches return with 45 minutes 'til "go time." I start to question the integrity of CCP and why they are putting all of this false information out.
Get your act together CCP...I believe this is quite ridiculous and quite frankly the fact that a company can actually do this and keep playerbase amazes me. Today...I've been completely disguested with your actions. Get a clue CCP.

when all the complainers and whiners can do the coding, testing, balancing etc faster then the devs, then perhaps we can start listening to them.
untill then, play solitaire, it's strangly addicting.

It is a huge undertaking, and I am sure there are people that encountered something unexpected despite their best efforts. What is the goal of your post, to make them feel bad so they hurry up? I would imagine they are already sweating bullets without you. Your making yourself look like a complete idiot, so just relax and I am sure they will get it up as soon as they possibly can.

You should actualy spend more time in school and do more homework....learn to spell at least :)

Don't matter....
I'd rather be treated like a mushroom when it comes to this stuff anyway....
Kept in the dark and fed sh1t....
That way there is NOTHING to "boo hoo" about.
So maybe they just don't tell us anything next time and we'll be none the wiser. I'll be fine with that. Most of us have been fine with the "status quo" since this game began....

flaming the dev team whilst they're working hard to get a game working for you're entertainment doesn't really strike me as logical.

I am RFLMMFAO. For all of us who have been playing Eve for any amount of time. This should not have been a shock in any way, shape, or form.
This has happened with every patch. It's just the way it goes. It takes alot of work for these guys at CCP to get this stuff running on the Live Server. This patch is implementing alot of new mechanics and stuff.
Yes I have been waiting a long time for Tech 2. But geez, for the love of PETE, give CCP a break. I guarantee they have been busting their a$$es to get this patch going.
Go watch TV, do homework, take a shower, talk to other ppl in RL, drive a car, fly a kite, clean your house, go shopping, go to the bar, hit the gym, walk the dog, run a marathon, invent something, play solitaire

My only regret is that I had a skill training which finished 8 hours ago, I had no idea this morning that they would update today afternoon or I would have put that week long skill on

The devs ran into a couple unanticipated problems.
They didn't give us all forewarning of this because the problems were...unaticipated.
Yes...it sucks when you are looking forward to seeing how things are with the new patch, but fergodssakes, show a little patience. The world will not end if you miss a day of mining.
