So i'm not sure if its just me or if other people are having this issue so id thought id post a forum about it.
So just to be clear before I start, the performance of my client before last nights patch was very smooth around 50-60 fps constant no stuttering , but after last nights patch all of a sudden when i get on, CONSTANT stuttering, it doesn't stop its not like a lag spike or anything like that. It's just constant very small stuttering and its getting very annoying... (20-25 fps now since last nights patch)
So i'm thinking maybe CCP changed something with the camera? But then again I have tried both cameras and they are both stuttering. I have tried the following..
-Deleting all eve files and client and reinstalling. (Fail)
-Messing with all the settings (Fail)
-Using old camera (Fail)
-Turning all the graphics down (Fail)
-Turning all the UI off (Closest I have gotten to fixing it, it worked better but still was stuttering) (25-30 fps with stutter)
(Also it seems it only stutters when i'm moving the camera, no modules are stuttering its ONLY the camera!!!)
The only things i can imagine is the problem is either the Camera or UI...
There's also a chance my computer is just dying (Highly doubtful)

I've played most days sonce 09, never had more than 15 fps.
If i ctrl+F9 i can get it to 25 fps.
But yeah, since the last big patch and after every subsequent small one, the game is a bit wonky.

I run this game in 3 screens max settings, never had lag, even in huge imperium fights.
Ever since citadel patch it's been very laggy...
Been around since the beginning.
