Ok, my corp has a POS in a .3 system that has a medium reactor, fed by 2 silos and ouputting to a 3rd reactor. Problem is after setting up the links in the POS production tab, and pressing apply, the links reset. Any ideas? We've spend 2 days trying to get it setup right.

Do you have the print installed to the reactor?
Do you have the correct items in silo for the print?
is each silo set to hold the right materials?
do you have materials in the feed silo's?
Online them all...
Link them
2 silo - 2 coupling - reactor - coupling - silo
wait cycle time for startup to injest the materials, then a cycle to produce...
works fine for everyone else :)
you dont need the couplings, but when you pull offline the silo's to refill or empty you lose a cycle so spend the isk on couplings.

oh and are you using a medium reactor or a reactor, the medium will only do simple reactions, it wont do complex reactions...
and if you have a medium tower, go get a large, as reactors run at half speed on medium towers... cycle time is doubled I do believe, never bothered to test as doing so is just plain silly, medium towers are for having a multiple moon miner setup with guns and hanger for storage

Try clearing the links. If this doesn't work, then swap the silo's content around. Offline everything first.
Then online the silos. After the silos are online, insert the Reaction BP. Then turn on the medium reactor.
We had the same problem with our POS. wasted 3 hours trying to get the links to stay. Seems like offlining the silos and changing the content around helped.
Also, just this weekend, we lost an hour because the links wouldn't stick. Clearing links seemed to have fixed that though.
