For those that have not realised, Eve forum does not show the seconds. So the bid may had been posted after the deadline. So for any bid to be 100% valid, it has to be before the deadline. I will take this up with the forum mod. For now I will go along,

Jugger, have u read the sniper rule? Even if new comer is allow during the sniper period, you are still too late. |

he is too late with his bid but since when is it only the ones who bidded before end time who are allowed to bid after sniper is in effect?

That is the "normal" practice for auction, but it is up to the seller as he/she is the one that set the rule. That is why I only rule him out because he is late, not counting all the issues before that. |

I believe raptorg is technically correct, and though I'm tempted to simply repost the auction, I've offered the print to him for 16b. If he declines or fails to respond within 24 hours, I'll put this up again near next weekend. Once again: in-game bids (and terribly lame scam attempts) will be ignored. I'll update here tomorrow for anyone still interested.
