Wouldn't it just be better to have them say where they want it delivered without them sending ISK first? Then you go there and set up the contract. That way it doesn't seem so much like a scam. Just a thought I had.

No, too much experience with people who do not claim contracts. And all that time spent moving said packages to the destination is not only to waste, but you need to move it again.

Why people fret over small sums like these just tell me how petty they are. This is a pretty good deal, I wouldn't say world-class, but it takes some effort for our guys to mine, build, and haul things. We're a reputable corp. and what we do is NOT even in the context of what you're suggesting.
... any way, we appreciate the customers right to say no. That's allright.
