how long it takes for a GM to awnser in a petition for scamers?
omg to many petitions for this tipe...

Most petitions just take about 5 minutes for a response from a robo-GM in any case.

Unless the scam involves real-world curreny or GTCs it's allowed by CCP. Sorry, but you need to be more careful in future.

Though do us all a favor and make sure that you didn't accept a contract other than "item exchange" and that you were paying proper attention. If you just didn't notice that it was a private auction or something, then don't waste the GM's time because the queue is backed up enough as is.
By the way, I petitioned for something 3 weeks ago and still had no response. So keep that in mind.
Edit: I should mention I'm speculating that's what it was. You have to be REALLY dumb to get scammed any other way these days.

GTC-Character trades-real currency are all petitionable.. along with scams that effect those.
