Need a setup for the fleet issue stabber, I would prefer shield tanking ones.

i can go upto 8.5 km/s now

is there a reason to use that over a vaga other then price and skill requirements?
even so last time I checked fleet stabbers werent too cheap either? care to explain the purpose to me(honest question I am just curious)

Erm...no, there's no other reason than to show your big 'willy'.... 
Vagabounds would usually kill fleet stabbers very fast...but you can'T get Vagas just for LPs...

Because a vaga is a hac and F-stabber is a cruiser. Cruiser = lolol cheap kill. hac is omfgoverpoweredness i wont engage that in my (insert anything below bc)

Undecided (passive EM or thermic maybe)

Heavy launchers coudl be replaced by assault I guess. better DPS vrs frigs.
Tested against NPC only yet :S
