Well, looks like I will be getting little sleep and that will adversely impact my final exam tomorrow  yes the one I haven't studied for yet
dammit, new patches should be saved for when I dont have school! At least its my last final though

I don't sleep, I play FPS games.
Then in the morning I start all over on Eve and strat games  .

No we don't I mean in the summer we have daylight 24/7 so no point in sleeping 
And in the winter....well darkness comes soon but most Icelanders are workacholics (I always work at least 8:00 - 19:00 so.... )

Before you do that, could you please get someone to explain the bug testing and quality assurance concept?
Fair enuff **** happens that you cant forsee, but can you honestly say the agent system was 100% on chaos before you moved it over to TQ?
Yes, before the fanboys jump in, i do like cheese and wine. The devs have done a great job so far, but when a simple question has been asked time and time again over a period of 12 hours with no reply. Then the magical apperance of a dev replying to a BS thread like this within 6 mins of its posting makes me want to fly over to iceland and **** on all the igloo's i can find.
Wouldn't be better to love each other up once this mess has been sorted out? |

We haven't had a decent patch since what? September?
They've been working months on this patch and as such they knew it would be shaky at release. They have repeatedly said that the patch will have problems and it will take several days to work em out. (probably a month though before most is straightened out)
No amount of testing on Chaos(a PC btw) is going to work out ALL of the problems when they run it on their server clusters. I'm sorry but how many of the trolls actually played mmporgs? Big patches cause problems. Deal with it.
I for one play these types of games for the constant patches and updates in gameplay that you just don't see in other games. That and the communities experienced while in the game.

I've been a subcriber to Verant/SoE for long enough to know how patch days go. My problems isn't with the bugs. Maybe you should re read my post?
If the devs turn a blind eye to those people who have got rich quick by taking advantage of the bugged agent missions, i can really see little point in playing this game. There wont be much of a market left for the mission runners by the time it is sorted.
The reward bug has been known about for over 14 hours and yet nothing has been done to stop it. The longer this goes on the more damage it will do. |
