PLEASE... before all hell breaks loose...
A) Fix the agents... thank you in advance.
B) Make sure they work this time.... thank you in advance
LASTLY...
Make sure all of us who found out the Agent Missions where broken, after we completed missions, which they then told us we didn't... and then dropped us down to a lower Agent... MAKE SURE WE GET OUT AGENT 3 LVL BACK!!!!
I didn't do over 200 missions to lose my agent status because of a bug... Please in the name of everything that is good in the universe... Give us back our Agent 3 LvL
I can handle my BS goes slower then a one legged turtle even with a wmd.
I can handle a one eyed one armed man can shoot a slingshot faster and have better aim then my BS does.
I can handle that some of my BP's lost considerable value...
(Sure I must take deep breaths, but I can handle it!)
However to lose my agent 3 lvl status after three months of hard work. I will cry like a little girl and complain just as loud... I swear it!
BTW... Anyone else want to jump on this ban wagon... Let them know we really want our Agent 3 lvl back... and not just fix the bug and tell us to deal with it, like they have with every other bug.... WE WANT OUR AGENT 3 LVL BACK (make that a chant of some sort)

I lost my standings becouse bug too!
I comleted courier mission, but agent say me, that i didnt, and i lost my standings. Now i cannot take mission from this lev3 agent, may be i cannot take missions from any 3lvl agent, i didnt compare this...
I want my standing BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too, lost access to all my lvl 2 and 3 agents, they're all research only now, so no missions. Been given a new lvl 1 that doesn't seem to know when i've completed a mission, on that basis i'm never gonna get back to lvl 2 let alone any higher.

Just with the patch my standings with each and every one faction has went down by 1/2(except for the factions that were allready in -*.*). And I was suposed to recive greater standings becouse I lost my Concord(DED) agents? I realy don't like this.

I like the patch on the whole but this agent bug is pretty messed up, since T2 is being given out through agents aswell it makes the problem huge, right now you've got more or less everybody running around for their respective agent trying to get standings up only to lose them for every mission they complete.
Personally i've lost about .50 with my agent (sucks ass cause she used to love me, had her at +9 exemplery) and 0.08 with the corp. Probably down more by now from the last mission......gonna go check.
p.s
Someone in my corp told me that if you drop of what your suppost to drop to do the mission, go back to the agents station to say you've completed it then you get no loss. So just dont remote complete, say bye to your time bonus, go back to the station and talk to the dumbass whos got you running around for nothing.

Re my earlier post on my loss of agents lvl 2 & 3, Dumbledore and Zaque put me right on an Eve-i.com forum. Hadn't realised that under the new system i have access to all agents according to my standing, so i should go to the corp window and look under agents and select a non research lvl 2 or 3 agent

If this is to become a petition I would add my name to it too. I had done over 250 lvl 3 missions alone and kept my standing at a solid 6.0 with the agents corp. I log on this morning (first chance I had to check patch) and was impressed with most of what I saw up to the point where I checked my standings.
Now my standing sits at 3.0. And it's not just my agents corp standing either. Other npc standings seem to have halved too.
In that respect I did not go and kill over 4000 Angel rats to have my -9.8 standing reduced to -4.9 either.
Also, my sec status, formerly 0.8 is now 0.4!!! This I am not happy about. CCP Please make this your number 1 priority fix and soon. Ignore all the nerf flamers about mwd's etc... they don't have a clue, just fix the standings.

Plz don't messed up 2 different things... The 1/2 standing decrese was normal and announced.
The wrong loss of faction due to bugged mission is not.
We lost our lev 3 agents cause the bugged carry missions added to the exagerated standing decrease for not completing the mission.
I think the problem is nested in the pesronal faction standing with the agent, not in the corp/faction status.

Hey don't forget to look at all your standings with all factions. You might find you actually can access some different level 3 agents now.

i thought papasmurf was gonna do a script so convert agents you cant use to ones you can
way back when i did loads of werk for concorde agaents (more fool me)
i have a +19 L3 concorde with +4.95 rating...
but now he is useless
what to do??

Factions were halved. But now they mean something other than just a number. It was mentioned so please stop moaning as though it were a bug.
Agree about the courier missions though. Appear rampant.

Failed a mission due to it being bugged last night an lost my Level III agent as well.
He was a snob but he paid well and I want him back.

Same happened to me. Now I have to wait unknown amount of time until GM will reply to my petition.
Completed it remotely, received reward, but when I returned to my agent it says I have not completed my mission, and HE already PAID me for completing it o0oo0 o0o
Waiting docked...don't want to lose my agent. |

Wow. that is extreme!
140 odd m issions done, you fail just ONE and you lose 0.5 standing orso. Utterly rediculous. Lost 0.1 from the corp as well.

Good luck getting any help with this problem right now.
This happened to me too (lost an agent I've done over 450 missions for). Aside from the crappy reality of losing a level 3 agent right in the middle of the biggest land grab in recent history (T2 Skills), it does kind of hurt that someone you've done so much for would just turn their back on you!
Look, we've got the workaround now. I know it sucks BIG TIME, but all we can do is plod along and do the best we can. I felt like leaving agent missions alone for a few days, but then I got a mission from another agent that gave me a T2 skill...so at least there is some hope for the short term. 
Best of luck to all of us (and shame on you CCP for letting this bug through).

To avoid the courier mission bug:
Do the mission
Remote complete
Relog
Relogging after you remote-complete seems to work.
Once you've talked to the agent back at the station relogging will not work - pray that you can find more items of the kind required and recomplete the mission. (No reward, but you can avoid the penalty.)
A 0.2 standing penalty for a failure with 0.01 succcess reward is insanely unbalanced.

YEAH I DID TOO, TWO MONTHS OF HARD WORK DOWN THE SHI**ER. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THIS.
CCP GET IT SORTED NOW!! AND GET MY STANDINGS BACK WITH THE AGENT, THE CORP AND THE FACTION!

Dear CCP !
All my lvl3 Agent are gone :(
The bug was that the agent say to me that the mission was finished and he gave me the isk and other things. But If i want the next mission he says that i must end first the other mission.
I have written down all my data. So if you want know the agents , the system, the times you can have it to restore the skill of the agent. or say me please how i can get him back :)

Uhmm guys... before you start panicking too much. You can lose access to specific agent due to having your personal standing with them lowered due to mission bug.. doesn't mean you cannot get access to any agents of given level.
Check the 'agents' tab on the Info sheet for the given corporation, and browse all divisions... the agents in them are divided into ones who find your current standings good enough, and those more picky.
'Tis quite likely with your corporate standing ~3.0 you will find lvl.3 agents which will give you work, and allow the corporate standing boost which will allow you to access better quality agents, too...
