I would like to be a hooligan in EVE. I want to have oportunity to write graffitis on the gates and to crush screens on billboards. Also, I would like to break windows on stations and then runaway from the police and stuff. I would agree upon my sec status go extremly low on every hooligan act I make, it's ok. Pls let us be hooligans. |

We don't really need ASBO culture in EVE...
Then again if they make you nice and flashy red for Graffitti then I am all for it *gets stealth bomber ready*

Such behaviour reminds me of the Thukkers.
