CCP obviously has figures about the number of subscribers, and we can all see how many characters are logged into the game at any one time, but how many of them are in 0.0 space?
Give your best estimate of the number of people who populate non-empire space... |

read somehwere a long while ago 40% in 0.0 50% empire and 10% low sec
That was before the ASCN war pushed that part of space to quiteness

20% 0.0 35% low sec 45% empire. maybe a little less in low sec.

Take every 0.0 complex system and divide its difficulty level by two, and add that up. Then take the number of station systems in the south for which there is at least one thread in CAOD and multiply that number by about a thousand.
Add those two together and you'll be pretty close.

That is really hard to say becasue most 0.0 players form time to time need to go to empire as well or make vacations there.
But If you want to know how many players do participate in 0.0.. by sheer number of people I see in 0.0 I would say at least.. very hard tyo guess :P Most of the large alliances have at least 3/4 of their players as 0.0 guys, so 10% of eve subscribers would be a low shot... and 20% a high shot.
If brute force doesn't solve your problem.. then you are not using enough!! |
