Introduction
Following a nice break from Eve and a semi-perma-break from Eve RP, I am looking to rebuild my corporation. In the past it has gone by many names such as "Caldari Assault Group" and "XV Squadron", as these enterprises have risen and fallen so the name and goals have changed along with a changing Eve.
The latest incarnation is "The Steel Ravens", with your help I hope it will be the final and permanent one.
The concept
TSR will be a heavy combat wing specialising in PVE (player vs environment) and PVP (player vs player). Eve currently supports a vibrant agent runner community and rumour has it that in the summer Eve will be getting loads of new content for agent runners to toy with, level 5,6,7 agents and a new rewards system. In preparation for this I want to get a group of mature players (in attitude) trained up and working as a team to make full use of the range of combat and special ships available.
Unlike many out there the PVP we experience won't be motivated by RP or piracy (as such) I intend to use the PVE as a training tool to improve our sweeps through 0.0 space. Once in 0.0 space everyone is a target, unless they are declared allies, commonly know as a NBSI, not blue shoot it policy.
We will not be role-playing goodies or baddies or inbetweenies, we will simply be playing Eve for the pleasure of working as part of a close knit team. IF in time RP becomes worth the effort it will not be ruled out.
What we will offer
A dedicated team speak server, so a working mic/headset is required.
Forums
Website (under construction)
Help, advice and training all the way from new player to veteran.
Huge cash rewards (via missions and bounties and loot)
What would be expected
A mature attitude, so no smack talking or posting and the ability to give and take orders when needed. We are a disciplined organisation
A fairly active player, we all have real lives of course, but they exist only to pay for Eve. So a reasonably active amount of time is preferable.
Self reliance, team mates are there to help you not to do for you. Do not expect hand outs and free stuff, expect to earn your way and your team will naturally help you out.
Conculsion
I regret the lack of snazzy graphics in this post but its not what we are about. Recruitment still on the go, have had a few promising leads but still want more!
This is an ideal oppotunity for new players to learn the skills of PVE and PVP as many are inter related.
Veterans might have a thing or two to gain as well, not to mention the huge sums of cash.
And for those that asked only those with good Engrish spaking skilz shuld aplie. Fanks.

ok two veterans signed up, and several more have made contact and talks are in progress.
But I want more, if you are committed to being part of a close team working in concert to farm agents to generate huge sums of cash then contact me now!
In time we aim to club together to buy BPO's to generate regular income which will be used to provide better arms and equipment for the corp, but nothing comes from nothing if you are prepared to muck in you will reap the rewards.

Sounds Promising, and I am intersted, But the big questions are what system are you based in(for L4 missions at least) and what faction is most of the missioning for? Also What is the corp tax rate?

In answer to your queries our HQ is in Kakakela system in the Lonetrek region.
99% of our current work is done for the Caldari Navy but we are aiming to branch out in the future to increase our agent base to include other suitable Caldari corporations/factions.
Our current corp tax rate is 0%, but there will be a corp tax imposed at some point and the value is to be confirmed. But the corp tax will be used to purchase equipment and stores for corp use, and in the long term we are looking to invest in some BPO's to provide additional income to further provide assets for the corp.
Ship replacement schemes, ammunition orders, and loans will be the ultimate aim of the corp tax funds, furthermore all pilots will have "junior accountant" rights to allow viewing of the corp wallet to maintain transparency.
Corp tax will not be the CEO's fund

We recently jumped back in to Eve to try the new content.
