 need help?

Such a skill does not exist.
repair systems shortens the duration of the repairers cycle, increasing its effective repair per second but also increasing its cap usage. -----

Thx info understand, But shield skill is everything to reduce better of what armor. Armor to reduce necessary capacitor skill nothing good? Skill only depends ship to have bonus, more nothingą is weak for armor!
Skill Shield: shield management shield upgrades shield operation shield emission systems
skill Armor: nothing?

Shield Management -> Mechanic (5% hull HP/level), Hull Upgrades (5% armor HP/level) The rest doesn't exist though.

Thanks will be the responses It looks at, this image (Hyperion setup) is not mine, I to discover image says to reduce necessary capacitor? how? or false?

I just happened to make a post in the ship and modules forum related to this. Here it is But the bottom line is that there definitely is a disparity between shield and armor transfer skills, bonii and equipment. Hopefully these will get ironed out soon.
As for the help, you can get a rig that will reduce the cap amount, so that should help you significantly.
P.S. I realize English isn't your first language, but if you cleaned up your posts you might get some more responses. I had to read it 3 times to understand what you were trying to say. (But that could just be my lack of reading ability)

In the picture linked to the Hyperion setup, the armor repairer shows less capacitor usage than it should. It is correct that there is no skills to reduce that amount, so I understand the question from the OP, as I would like that as well.
However, looking VERY closely at the picture, you can see that this screenshot is taking in space and not docked. The person in the Hyperion is in a gang or fleet. Someone in that gang or fleet is using an armored warfare link - damage control which reduces the capacitor need of armor repairers.
This is as far as I know the ONLY way of reducing armor repairer capacitor need...

Edited by: Ann Caldera on 26/02/2007 22:43:48 First of all: Worst English ever.
Second of all: Assuming that you're actually suggesting this as a skill, it's not necessary. Armor Repair Modules are already 50% more efficient, on a armor/cap ratio basis, as Shield Boost Modules. Take a look:
Small Shield Booster I
Activation Cost: 20 Energy Shield Bonus: 20 Ratio: 1.0
Small Armor Repairer I
Activation Cost: 40 Energy Armor Repaired: 60 Ratio: 1.5
Things are nearly as ridiculous with the tech II equipment:
Small Shield Booster II
Activation Cost: 20 Energy Shield Bonus: 30 Ratio: 1.5
Small Armor Repairer II
Activation Cost: 40 Energy Armor Repaired: 80 Ratio: 2.0
Here the tech II AR is only 33% more efficient than the tech II SB.
There's a reason the shield boosting skills reduce the cost of shield boosting, while the armor repair skills reduce the activation time of the armor reppers. Shield boosting is less efficient, so the skill ameliorates that. Armor repair is slower than shield boosting, (I didn't mention the cycle times above,) so the skill speeds it up. Also, it should be noted that armor also gets a big bonus with the hardeners: There is an passive energized plate (Adaptive Nano,) which boosts all resistances, while in shields you have to go get the active shield hardener, Invulnerability field. That, too, plays into the two ways to tank: Armor is slower to regen, but more cap-efficient, while shields get boosted faster, but boosting almost inevitably destroys you capacitor.

Thanks for everything, good for helping! I already understandą
but armor repair systems necessary very to eat capacitor, it is unhappyą

There is one way to reduce armor repairer capacitor needs, but unfortunately it's not something you can directly use yourself - If you are in a gang that has been converted to a fleet, and your squad commander, wing commander, or fleet commander has the ability to use armored warfare ganglinks, it is possible to reduce armor repairer cap usage by as much as 22.5% (Armored Warfare Specialist V, Warfare Link Specialist V, Cybernetics V with an Armored Warfare Mindlink implant). BTW, with those skills (specifically Warfare Link Spec V), whoever is FC can fit Command Processors which allow a T1 BC to run as many as 3 ganglinks simultaneously, so for example one can have the following all at once: 22.5% armor resists 22.5% armor repairer cycle time reduction 22.5% armor repairer capacitor use reduction
Of course, this requires an alt or friend with an unholy amount of leadership skills whose ship won't really be able to do anything else but sit and run the links.
With a command ship (specifically the Damnation), you can achieve somewhat higher numbers. ------------ Ezra Cornell
