I'd guess its safe to assume some have already been given out. Its been like this for nearly 24 hours so some people must have seen some of the rare stuff.
Only a fool (or very honest) person would let it slip if they had just got their hands on 40 Battleship Blueprints. Personally i'd sell them off cheap back to the npc's and launder the isk via as many transactions as possible. Without a rollback or alot of time following the transaction trail it would be hard to to track the items. |

got to feel a bit sorry for ccp here ....they obviously spent a long time working out the best way to implement a balanced introduction of tech 2 goodies inorder to allow all players an equal chance of getting hold of the new stuff and then... "thwack" ..two *****ing bugs(impossible to finish missions bug and the amazing BP bonanza bug) potentially destroy the long term balance of agent missions.... anyway I`m sure when tech 3 arrives we will all look back at this and laugh ;)

I noticed a while ago that convoys drop from that table, sans BP's. It looks like somehow the BP's got included in their bonus list

A level 1 agent gave me 2 Uranium M charges BP for killing a serpentis courier. I was not shocked (this char have decent social skills) but I am not surprised either to see it removed.
The "slight" nerf seems to go a bit far though if I need to learn Science and Engeenering 5 then a new skill before I can get any other ammo BP as it seems to be the case (the news say only research agents deliver BPs now). I expected to have to wait for the level 2 or 3 agents.
I hope this game will not become like EQ where everything is designed for huge guilds of high levels and all the others are left behind =/.

Research agents are the only agents who give out BPs; but those BPs are tech 2. Tech 1 BPs are not supposed to be given out by agents at all, but they're available on the regular market.
And the news is wrong anyway. BPs were still being given out post-fix.
