She has top training attribues (I did a lot of research before I created her) and comes with +3 implants. As you can see from the skill list she is a couple of days away from being able to train interceptors. Start Bid: 200 million isk Buyout: 900 million isk Reserve: yes, but not unrealistic. I will pay for the transfer. End Date: Sunday 1:00 pm GMT.
