Typically it would take about 15-20 Battleships to take down a tanked Industrial Command Ship. Judging from your fit, I speculate that you engaged them and thus allowed them to attack you without Concord intervention. For goodness sake, only a pvp-focused pilot would fit a point and web on an Orca.

It's a valid high-sec tactic and if you can't handle it QQ some more. Secondly, our logi was currently supporting our pvp operations on the Jita 4-4 undock. Rebirth, it's pretty obvious that your Orca pilot messed up big time by trying to engage two strategic cruisers and a point with no backup, just T2 Hammerheads and only one neutralizer. All this with an Orca for Pete's sake. If the aggressors were in frigates or in destroyers, then maybe the Orca would've survived and got away with a KM, but that wasn't the case. Not only that, there is absolutely no way that an Orca can be suicide ganked in high-sec with such few ships of such class (especially if the Orca is tanked like that). Therefore, I must assume the Orca pilot must have triggered a certain mechanic that allowed the MOAR TEARS group to kill it without Concord intervention. In that case, save your anger and direct it to the idiotic Orca pilot instead. By the way, that's a very nice fit that the Orca pilot had there. However, it's best to use that fit when the Orca is fleeted with a pvp group.

I have mined for about 4 years already and I have suffered the wrath of suicide gankers many times over and survived. Whatever the pilot did does matter. It makes a difference between coming out alive and being podded. If the pilot was careful enough, those Proteus ships would be Concordokkened by now. Again, I'm right about this. You are wrong about this and you are therefore unfit to carry around the badge of "Mining Director".
