Honestly I think this is needed, looking at the first page of this forum I see three threads labeled ôCCP: somethingö complaining about one thing or another to do with EvE. So with that in mind I am not going to complain about Eve.
CCP, thank you. Thank you for saving me from the endless grind of WoW. Thank you for developing a game that has huge player involvement. Thank you for a game with thousands upon thousands of possibilities. No one has done it better. You guys are the best. Even though sometimes we cry about you nerfing this or not nerfing that, or if we think you are ignoring us, or if we think you did something wrong, you still have created a game that so many of us love. Everything in this game is amazing. No not perfect, nothing is, but if it was perfect would it be so great? Life isnÆt fair and neither is life in Eve. That makes it amazing. Where ever you take Eve I will be there. From now on this is my game of choice!
I love gaming, and I love Eve.

Had heard about EVE before but never looked into in what it was. I regret I didn't started playing it a bit sooner. Its a awsome game. I enjoy playing it.

Exploration is the most fun I've had in EVE for a very long time... I love the little storyline blurbs in them, whoever is writing mission text for you guys has a good sense of humor!
No matter how much everyone complains about this game, remember that this is, without a doubt, the best mmo on the market, some three and a half years (almost 4 now... jeez) after launch!
Keep the good work up guys... EVE is only going to get better and better!

CCP, Thank you! Thank you for creating (IMO) the best MMO game to date!
I love the freedom of the EVE sandbox, and the ability to play as I choose to play. I love not being shoehorned into some role that the developer thought would be cool, but rather, having the freedom to create a character that does exactly what *I* want her to do.

I only complain because I love. That said, I love this game.
It is the only MMOG I've played for more than two months. Well almost a year and a half at this point.
I still tell every new player I meet in Eve that Eve is the best worst game in the world. Because it kind of is. Hah.
Now to pair down my accounts to just two...

I too have an affinity for this game that goes beyond the standard addiction of MMO's. I started EVE about a year ago and played for only a month before RL issues and obligations took precedence over my gaming time, but now I'm back for another shot and loving it.
Now that I've experienced the ultimate freedom to create your own story and create your own agenda in a modern MMO I cannot stand to go back and play other MMOs that are so linear. I enjoy all the options and interactions out there and nothing on the market compares to the perpetual harsh reality of the EVE universe, and now that MMOs are carbon copying WoW's system that caters to the most intellectually inert of the populace there probably won't be any like EVE for a long time to come...

+1. A buddy at work a couple of years ago told me about this new game he was playing that kind of reminded him of WC: Privateer, but it was an MMORPG and how much fun he was having with it. Last October, I asked for a trial from him.
I wish I had asked for it sooner.

But you know, it CAN be better.
Being the best "out there" doesn't mean it's the best it can be.
