Been screwing around with some nice gank setups.
For some fun with the catalyst:
8x Light Ion IIs [Void or AM]
1x MWD, 1x Scrambler (or disruptor, there is spare cpu)
2x Mag Stab II, 1x SAR II
Does 300 dps with void on structure.

1 1mw AB / 1x Webber / 1x Warp Disruptor
1 Sm Arm Rep / 1 400mm Nanofiber / Damage control
1 small drone
works really good against larger ships (Cruisers). Get within 1000m, orbit fire away.

in my humble opinion, if you're using a t2 fit of blasters on a dessie, you may as well use an enyo. it will live alot longer and move faster, im guessing a somewhat lower damage output.
in any case, you're using small blasters with void, and no webber. what's your opti+falloff with the destroyer bonuses?

For lvl4 mission ganking with a friend to take aggro (not really to pvp with)
8x light ion IIs
named ab, web
3x magstab IIs
2x hybrid rof rigs
472dps with top skills 
I plan to put together one of those soon just for kicks, assuming I can find/build the rigs.
