I got this security Mission:
"...Gone Berserk Objectives
The following objectives must be completed to finish the mission:
Objective
Take care of the terrorist fanatics and then report back to your agent. Location0,1-áCumemare (Low Sec Warning!)..."
Does it mean that I have to destroy all the serpentises und corellis and so on?

Yep.
And in low-sec, you will have to contend with the possible threat of other players finding, entering, and attacking you in the mission.
If you choose to take the mission... I suggest using a fast ship that can attack at range. Don't stand still and stay off the warp-in points. If a hostile enters your mission, warp to the nearest station.
Otherwise, you can decline 1 mission ever 4 hours without any penalty.
How did you Veterans start?

I have a Tengu here with covert ops cloaking device II and 5x heavy missile launcher and a lot shield boosts.
What I want to know is if I have to clear all the "little red triangles" or does such mission mean that there are "real" ships to be destroyed?

As a new player, I would suggest that you just decline missions in lowsec, at least until you have a good grasps of the mechanics there and how to effectively GTFO when necessary
