Things I do while blobbing...
pay excruciatingly close attention to the battle that isn't happening. 
1.) constantly readjust heading to hear the engines burn
2.) download "supplemental battle media" 
3.) enter "battery saving mode"
4.) deploy drones & count the orbits (available in light, medium and heavy difficulty settings)
5.) smack that _______ .... smack that (enemy) all over local's floor 
K so i lied, the only thing I really do out of these is #1, but the other ones give you an idea of the types of responses i thought would be funny to hear. Goons didn't appreciate the idea in local today but i think it has potential so lets see.
Add what you do during blob ops, try to keep it pg-13 & be creative. 
PS: this probably isn't the best section for this post, but i like this section better and if you want you can interpret it as blob gate camping.

my friend likes to sit next to ravens and race the missiles to the target with his inty. I don't even bother firing in blobs anymore. I just enable a TD or scram to get on killmail. Why waste the ammo? =\

That's if there's absolutely no risk of anything happening. I'm pretty patient so I can wait it out when it's boring but there is something going on or about to happen.

hahaha...I never thought of that...
Imagine a blob that attacked a single target and every one in the blob had the same idea. the target would not take damage but I would be glowing like the sun with 40 TPs on it

gah this thread didn't live up to expectations, still made me chuckle making it though. I was hoping people would be like "I electrocute myself to stay awake" or "i've never made it through a fleet op awake... it's bad b/c i always find myself podded in station when i wake up." O well
Btw, I guess i should add "post random things on the forums" to the list...

My first experience, I tried to cause a chain reaction bump to get the whole blob wobbling from a single nudge. They were packed nice and tight and I almost got it but a Raven bumped out the wrong way and when I tried to nudge him back in he knocked the whole line out of alignment, never managed to get the whole thing moving from a single bump but I did displace about half of it at one point.
