How do you remove ammo from POS guns? I've tried dragging it into my cargo and using the "transfer to cargo" -option under "access ammunition", but nothing seems to work.
I've tried relogging, session change, everything. Is it just not possible to reload pos guns with different ammo once you've put them online?

This is a bug with POS guns indeed. Normally what you did would remove the ammo from the guns. Petition this new POS "feature" and a GM will sort it.

It's been petitioned already yesterday, still no reply though. I really hope this gets fixed quick, maybe at today's downtime.

Yesterday I was unanchoring a POS and we couldn't remove the ammo... So in the end we had to offline the tower, blow up the POS guns, and then unanchor the tower... And now the POS is back up without guns! I hope CCP gets quicker at either catching bugs or responding to petitions...

Umm yea still no answer on this ccp? I have to take it mine down. I cant afford it anymore. So now what let it rot in space? Come on fix this today. please?

FFS CCP.. get a move on... Im trying to take down my pos but don't want to have to destroy all my large beam lasers because of your silly coding.
If I was to blow them up would I be able to get them back from a reimbursement?

Anything lost due to this bug should be reimbursed through petition I think. Even if your pos gets attacked by a bunch of dreads and you're unable to reload the guns with the ammo you want to use, just petition.

I just had this problem so i sent a stuck petion into the GM's and within 10 minutes they had cleared the amunition from the guns into my cargo hold, not only from the gun i was at trying to unanchor but from all the other projectile batteries at the pos(i had told them i was unanchoring the pos).I am most impressed with the quick and efficient service i have just received so one up for the GM's after all the character bashing they have just received !

Sweet!! Thanks Erik Killson! That is definately the way to go. Filled out a "Stuck Character" Petition and the GMs responded very quickly and removed the ammo for me. Be sure to include the System Name, Planet, and Moon its anchored around to speed up the process.
