After seeing you post that I looked and if you look at your character sheet ingame you can see that there is a thin line under the picture of the char and also over the picture. The picture of this char comes over the line so I guess this is an scam.

If he has killed one rat EVER in his 2 years of play he would have standings. The fact the has nothing at all shows this is an alt scam, and several others have been scammed in the same way. I am glad that the person looking to buy this out took the time to check the screenshot.
