Hi all, could use some advice.
Do these ***** have 100% chance to TD you?
I'm trying to do level 2 The Blockade in a Maller and there are 3 Sansha Loyal Slavehunters that just constantly cycle TDs on me. Always at least 2 of them doing it, usually all 3 over and over and over again.
My beam optimal range has gone from 35/40km down to 5.
Effective counters?

Blockade will always do that. They will constantly td you most of the time. And tds will disrupt your tracking, they won't change your optimal.
You can either bring in a missile ship or use drones to kill them. No other way to do it in a turret ship. |

Whatever it is they are using is affecting my optimal definitely, can tell when I right click and info the turret in space while it's happening.
I don't have dones in a maller, or missile skills. I'll have to keep warping out and in to try and kill one of them before they start cycling me.

well imo an omen is the best amarr cruiser for pve. See if u can fit and fly that. It can field 3 light drones so you'll have no problems.
Its usually punisher -> omen -> harbi -> apoc -> abaddon -> paladin if you want to full armour/laser style. |

Get an Omen (or Arbitrator even) for that mission, drones can take care of the TDing ships. |

No offense but Kaanchana isn't very correct. TD in blockade will destroy optimal and greatly decrease tracking. Weapon system wise missles, drones and falloff weaponry are best. Also an arbitrator is better than the omen (with enough drone sp). My advice: pulses and get in close or use a different weapon system. Another reason why tachyon nightmare is good for sansha lvl 4: you can fight pretty well in falloff without any optimal if you have to. |

Almost. NPC TDs will kill optimal, do less than nice things to tracking, but leave falloff intact. So technically ACs are a viable option. |

Tis wise to immediately send out some drones to intercept those damn things before moving on. Problem easily solved. A better challenge would be to have a small group of EWAR cruisers or even battleships to really make a pilot sweat. |
