This is fixed now, we had a little problem with our SQL Server that caused it to respond very very very slowly. ------ Valar Database admin - Server operations team CCP Games How to write a good bugreport |

Nah, this was an issue with a database trace that has happened a few times after we deployed SQL Server 2005. I've cleared all the traffic advisories now, so a relog should clear 'em from clients. ------ Valar Database admin - Server operations team CCP Games How to write a good bugreport |

Does this explain 'Connection Refused' aswell?
And crashing after authenticating? Was getting worried that someone had somehow got my account information :/ ______________________________________

just out of curiosity what distro of sql server you using. The exports have come out in MS Sql's script files. please say it ain't so, oracle would be so much nicer.

This explains all kinds of weirdness after downtime today. Crashes, refused connections, lag, stuck issues, market slowness.

As I said above. We use SQL Server 2005. Thats MSSQL. ------ Valar Database admin - Server operations team CCP Games How to write a good bugreport |

What? No Oracle Enterprise? Come on, it's only a few $100k US to cluster, you guys at CCP should be able to afford that.
