There has been a lot of discussion on this topic. Arkanon has a 20 page thread on the topic, prior to which there was one 107 page thread topic and two other 20 page threads. Do that math, that's enough discussion. A lot of trolling and flaming was in the thread. So, yes this thread will get insta-locked.

CCP you should rethink your strategy with this game. You got the best, most mature MMORPG, dont spoil it by acting like SOE, because thats what you are doing when locking treads like this. This is called cencorship, and is not tolerated by any internet based community. Ppl want to discuss about the dev char issue, whats your problem?
Ok some things happened, and a problem with devs playing the game occured. You are not handling it the correct customer-friendly way. Learn from SOEs mistakes with Star Wars Galaxies. They messed a patch and instead of letting the community discuss about it and hear what they have to say, they started locking and deleting threads. SWG is almost dead now. A once great game. Dont let the same happen to EVE. PLEASE!
BTW, i am watching player numbers drop...

I left SOE/SWG after they completely redid the combat engine. At that point, it was a joystick style of game. I've always wondered if it turned into a ghosttown...

The threads on it probably get locked because most of it really is flaming and stuff, and some of us really don't want to have the forums filled with people whining about what CCP should and shouldn't have done with t20. You've had your chance to talk about it.
Let the CCP deal with it.

Are you talking about the number of people logged into the server? If so, of course they will drop during the week. You only really see the 30k+ mark over the weekends, where people have more time to play.
