From what I understand, arranged handover. Doesn't surprise me too much - southern Catch is pretty lousy space except for one or two constellations, and aAa already have Stain and Impass for all their ratting & mining needs.

I think it's nice AXE/ASCN build that many Outposts for our friends in -A- in and around Impass.
It's also very nice of the MC to build four different Outposts in the same constellation for our friends in -A-. I'm sure IRON can come visit once sovereignity has changed  .

-A- decided to let us put up POS's, then flood the region with some much needed alcohol to disinfect all the stations, it seems that their station staff consisted of all exotic dancers and no janitors.
While we in IAC know how to enjoy an exotic dancer, we pride ourselves on maintaining clean facilitys to ensure highest grade beer, wine, and spirits are being produced.

No, i can't do bulk orders, each one is personally hand crafted out of top shelf foil to fit its owners needs.
