We tried to do it with 5 ships, 4 BS and zealot tank. Everything is ok until we took spawn in last stage and start to take staion. after that, there is new heavy spawn that agroes and kills everyone in gang even If try to tank every ship... the question is - what is correct tactics to do it?

gang tanking?
small fast interceptor or AF or logistic ship orbitting a friendsly who is constantly repping him?

I mean, may be we do something wrong? Do we need to wait for a boss or may be get in sniper position before attack station or what we should do to solve this plex?..

Dont know which plex you are trying to do, but you got the setup wrong anyway.
You get the tank to aggro the overseer to get full aggro. You use logistics ship to keep your tank up. If you dont have a logistics ship, then you will need to remote rep/boost tank to keep him alive. You get your tank to afterburner around a jettisoned can if missile spam is a issue.
Some 10/10 bosses do upto 180k damage per torpedo. Yes 180,000 damage.

Yes we do agro overseer (station in this case) and whole spawn. I tank it with no problem using zealot and remore reppeps. We kill whole spawn. Than we start attack the station and after that we have NEW SPAWN that agroes not my zealot but other gang members!
In case of logistic ship, this NEW spawn pops it in couple seconds.. If using BS with remote reppers, this BS have no cap to tank himself and repping other gang mebmers.. whats wrong we do??

I know how to run it properly, but wont tell you and i doubt somebody will
Just go to test servet in figure out setups and tactics.
You only need tank + 3 damage dealers with remote reps and rep drones
or tank + logistic ship + 2 damage dealers.
Btw dont russians have enough plexes up south ? Controller :D
