So im in a LvL 4 mission in my CNR and rocking along just fine. As the mission progresses i need to warp out. Im already aligned to a stargate so warping should be instant. When i see that my tank isnt going to hold, i warp with over half shield left. An enourmous lag spike hits me and my partner and both of us sit there with our ships saying warping while we get pounded to dust. I lost 2bn ISK on my CNR and he lost a Nighthawk. So ive petitioned it but is CCP gonna do anything about it. I am essentially useless in my playing without the stuf i lost and dont intend to spend a year building back up to it again. Ill be taking my 3 accounts and leaving eve if this doesnt get fixed and within some decent time.

hence the lag tasticness of it all.. modules wouldnt even activate.. just sat there and died.. and in my turn is fine.. but several months after posting my last petition.. it still hasnt even been responded to so i think i have reason to *****

worst part is theres a 500mn ISK bo0ster sitting in there in my wreck and we cant get anywhere close to it to get it out

ive spent over 800hours logged into this game and for the most part it has been a decent game. Its not like im a NUB with no skills.. but when your mods wont even activate due to lag.. there is a serious prollem.
