After much investigation by myself, we have come to the conclusion that this indeed is the templar, the amarr-race fighter which can be deployed by Carriers and Motherships.

I believe it looks like a templar, an amarr fighter drone launched from a carrier just like other drones are launcher from other ships.

3x Light Ion Blaster II w/ Void S
Medium:
Catalyst MWD
Fleeting Webbby (90%)
J5b Warp Scram (2pts)
Lows:
MAPC
'Named' Damage Control
Small Armor Rep' II
Can pretty much take anything remotley simular down. However I tend to favor this set-up when in gang PvP-Ops or solo and facing easy-to-take-on targets

Convo me ingame, and i'll show you a place where you can see it upclose ... rumour has that its a highly classified drone, called templar ... apparently its supposed to be used by carriers and designed by amarr ... but i'll show you one from close by if you want ... but better have a clone ready, because they are not always very friendly
