I have an idea. I have been looking those makros sometime now and i just hate em. Why not make em life harder. Just add "agent" ask a question when undock from station. Question shoud be really simple and if u answer (wrong), u cant undock. Repeating this woud slow em down alot.
4 choises to question and machine cant do it. Andwers coud be like 1 2 3 and 4 so computer cant read yes or now. That number hint woud be in message that comes to screen.
Hopefully someone understand my horrible english. But this might work.

After a real person does that about 8-10 times, he'll be sick of it and complain. And besides, all it takes is a clever programmer to get around even that idea.
Macro miners are here to stay. Just find them, petition, and steal their ore until they move. Make sure you petition before you start taking there ore. I think there is a rule against stealing macroer's ore without petitioning first. Miner Timer |

Implementing that for undocking would be overkill...
But I had a similar idea for courrier missions (prone to macro hauling) , have random occurences when the agent forgets where the destination station is located , he'd give you clues and you'd have to find it for him before he gives you the mission cargo. It wouldn't be too annoying to have this happen every 5-10 missions , except to farmers - macros would be totally disrupted , at least existing ones.

I think someone from ccp shoud just go and fly to ice belts in highsec that has station. They see hundreds of macros in 1 day x)
im not gonna start petition.. unless i get payd for it. It woud be fullday JOB!
Somekind of confirmation when undocking woud be good.. Takes 1-3sec for human and alot more with computer.

When you're undocking in a hurry to help a corpmate, this would really be a pain. Something that would take a lot more with a computer? What question can't you answer with a computer if everyone is supposed to be able to answer to it? (it means the questions would hold the answer inside, the game doesn't have to ask us even the result of 1+1, no knowledge should be required for undocking) -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast ! Flying Vexor and Ishkur, Myrmidon was too slow, got ganked by 3 BC and a Megathron...

I think the solution is comming allready. Read in a blog that belts will have to be scanned down so they will keep moving around (the belts that is).
Its prolly not a nightmare to make a macro that can scan but who knows. It does add to the macro miners hazzle, and ours

The problem will be that most macro's have a person behind them, normally the hauler. So that person will locate the belt that the roids are in and then warp in the macros and set them to mining into jet cans. As ships are hard to scan for they have less risk of ore thieft so its will be easier unless CCP do something to stop it.
