i accepted an offer from my rep. 500 loyalty points and a drone interfacing book. i undocked to space and looked for waypoint and saw nothing. i looked in the journal and i couldnt find the mission anywhere. when i returned to the agent i had lost little over 400 loyalty points and the mission ws no longer available.
i know your thinking i must have turned it down but i didnt. and she said you wont regret this before i undocked. is this a bug attached to the problem we have with the wallet?

The Loyalty Point listing on an Offer is a cost, not a bonus. LP exist for no other reason than to spend on Offers. Do you have a Drone Interfacing skill book in your Items window at that station?

now i check i found the book.. aww gee i thought it was a mission and that was the bonus.. ok so i used my loyalty points to basicly buy the book.

Pretty much, what you got was an offer you can either accept or decline without a standings penalty.

If you decline, however, you won't get another offer until you do at least one more mission for the NPC.
This is subject to change, as CCP indicated they may change the LP offer system to a sort of LP shop.

Not meaning to hijack, BUT-if you let the loyalty points ride, do the offers get better??

yes, much much better
offers
obviously from a minmatar agent you dont get a Navy Issue Vexor, you Get a fleet stabber, but you get the idea
