I've been taking a break from Eve to focus on uni work, when lo and behold what should I see in my inbox but an offer for 7 days free.
A week won't hurt I think to myself, so off I click (poor self control FTL).
I've now been playing for three hrs and I've killed a covetor, mackinaw, itty 5 and a mammoth, and had a kestrel suicide it self at me (it died before I took armor damage). All very cheap kills (steal the ore then kill the drones), but dammit, its fun.
As far as trying to get people back into the game, this ones a winner

Haha ya this got me back into the game after WoW got progressivly more boring after the xpac. Now i just raid 2-3 nights a week and its eve every other night.
