I haven't done a mission in 6 months or more and the ship is only collecting dust in my hanger, so up for grabs is my lvl4 mission ship.

Too busy working to mine, do missions or 1vs1. 
As for this setup.. if you switch out 1 active hardener for a dread guristas amp you can fit a full set of dread guristas cruise launchers (which I sold already). It gives you a 7sec ROF compared to the 8sec ROF they have using domination launchers.
It also has no rigs installed, but can easily tank any mission (with proper skills of course).
