The reason the link is messed up is because you are trying to link to a password protected eve skills page. CCP doesn't allow that and you don't want people to get your password, so you can't give it out.
To show skills, you want to put screenshots up on www.eve-files.com or you can load your skills into another website whose name escapes me for the moment.
