I haven't seen a thread for the ishtar yet for Rev. I currently use a setup similar to this from the rmr thread.

Actually, small lasers are quite nice when you dont have anything else to fit. You can't really use them on smaller amarr ships since the ludicrous cap consumption, but on bigger ships they are fine.

That setup rocks!! You might exchange the lazers for some small rails or projectiles, but apart from that the setup is golden. If you want, use damps instead of ECM now that they've nerfed it. Or tracking disruptors... _______________

My bad. Forgot to update it. I've been trying a few different setups for the 2 mids, but haven't settled on anything.

how would this do?
5x inertia stabs best named
2x L shield extenders MWD 24km medium cap inj with 800s
1x medium nosf. 4x small t2 nosf
8320 shields 937.5 sec recharge about 21HP a sec regain at max 0% 60% 85% 60% resistance 286.5 Sig
anyone know what kind of speed that would get??
drones for damage. speed and shields for tank. either orbit at 15km and let the drones do the damage. or get in close and use nosf to help break tank.
basicly a faster nano domi which is less cap dependant.

5x Inertia = Crap. Need to mix Nano\Inertia. Inertia gets diminishing returns (not in the stacking kind of way afaik), but in the way of decreasing something by % gets diminishing results.
Secondly, 21hp/s = 1 Punisher. Infact, if he's shooting lasers (as he obviously well be) it's 1 gun off a punisher.
Why use a 24km scram with Small nos? Orbiting at 15km with Small\Medium nos and a 24km scram sounds like a bad idea.

it is more HP a sec than a small rep T2 which the others suggest, on top of that it is FREEEEEEE no cap 
can saod punisher go faster than the speed kitted ishtar though, if not then it cant hit it.

so you can orbit at say 22km-23km out of range of some cheaper heavy nosf.
the main point is that you can get near 500DPS with drones, while keeping 8+ k buffer with decent resistances of over 50% averaged.
on top of that you have unber survivial with the speed. the high slots are there to fill space, can put anything there

Uhhh ... this setup just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Your sig radius is nearly that of a BattleCruiser before you even hit your MWD. Without nanos you're still not going to be moving at breakneck speeds so damn near anything can hit you, and hit you hard!
Why the hell would you put a cap injector on a passively shield tanked ship? Just to run your MWD?

erm, let me know the speed you get with a good combination of nanos, inerta on an ishtar with t2 mwd if u got the forumla or setup ship
consider a****abond. this is nearly the same. does more damage. and can nosf. also has higher HP.
you could drop the cap inj but i would keep it just for the mwd.
there is also a max speed beyond which guns can not track you and missile do no damage. eg nanophoons with 2k + sigs orbitting at 20 not taking any damage becuase of speed

I'd try 3 Inertia Stabs and 2 Overdrive Injectors.Find that combo is better then a combination of inertia stabs and nano's. Yeah I am a pirate.What are you gonna do about it? |

Forgot to add this:
- Warp Disruptor II may fit, i get 0.25 cpu remaining on Quickfit so it could.
- Dark Blood or True Sansha Armor Explosive Hardener is pretty much needed on any decent setup. It just frees up 24 cpu with another 8-9 mill over T2 one.
