Mining Foreman mindlink.
I recently got the skills to plug in the nice implant
Boosting the gangbonus with 15% instead of the 10%
i had to remove my +5% miningyield implant to make
place for the new one in slot #10
Now when i'm mining solo i'm not getting the 15%
personal bonus and in the atributes tab it clearly says
Mining amount bonus :
15%
Mindlink Bonus :
50%
I already send a petition a few days ago didn't get any response.
Tryed to send a bug report aswel but can't get on
http://bugs.eve-online.com/ ( something abouth an endless loop )
So at the moment i lost my 5% personal bonusyield
but gained 5% more in group operations resulting
in solo operations less ore and in group the same as before i changed the implant.
I checked it with a corp-mate that has the same skills as me except for the implant his miningyield is the same as mine.
Anyone knows more abouth this issue can't find much info on it

A "Mining Foreman" must have workers in order to be a foreman, I'd imagine that the issue is actually more to do with the way the stats are explained, or in this case, not really explained.

The bonus for gang is working just fine.
i'm getting the 50% Mindlink Bonus
But i also should get a personal bonus of 15% as stated in the
Attributes.

Actually the attribute description is wrong, as it works like the description page says: Increase your mining foreman skill bonus.

As long as you are in a fleet (not a gang).. the entire gang should get your 15% mining bonus. You are sure the guy with the implant isn't? I thought he did.

In a Fleet op all members get indeed a 15% bonus
I have setup a hulk with 2 mining-upgrades
I get a yield of 1198.14 a cycle
A member with the same skills as mine except for the implant
also get the same yield of 1198.14 a cycle
In a Fleet op the yield is increased to 1377
As the Attributes state the holder wil get a
15% Mining Amount bonus so i should get 1377 on my own
And Mindlink bonus 50%
So i should get in a fleet op a yield of 1583 and my fellow
squad-members in the same vessel should recieve 1377
I had a higher miningyield on my own before i removed the 5%
mining amount bonus yield implant to replace it with the mining foreman mindlink.
I checked it before i implanted the new implant i had
1258.04 (+5% implant) Mining solo and in fleet ops 1383.84 (10% foreman skill bonus ) now with the new implant i get less in solo
mining ops and less in fleet ops.

You should stick to the description page, not the "attributes" page.
If the implant was to increase the holder's mining yield it would be stated on the description page.
But lets wait what the petition results in, just be patient.

if it is a mining forman link then it is only for gangs use ffrom what it sounds like you took out hte one for personal for one that is a gang bonus instead..
