He will get the last laugh here, as you are unlikely to get more than a couple bil over the value of sucking the char dry. The only chars that actually go for anything significantly over extracted value are either extremely focused or very high SP. I can essentially guarantee that whoever buys this char will just strip the skills and use it to SP farm. 26b

I.e. 1% sales tax = 425mil and if selling in jita aprox 2.5% transaction tax = 1.06 bil So thats another 1.5 bil you will loose by stripping.
